Cutter Suction Dredger
Nema

The solid concentration can vary from 10% to 50% pump capacity due to the kind of material to be pumped, the delivery distance, the working depth and the static head. You get the max production with soft sand and silt both well diluted whilst the efficiency decrease significantly with hard and plastic clay. According to the delivery distance, the static head and working depth, the pump changes the working point on the performance curve and as a consequence capacity and production. Of course, the estimated production will be calculated in relation to your application data.

NEMA Series TFS Dredges are specially developed for the demanding mining industry, featuring high-performance heavy-duty slurry pumps and mining slurry pumps designed to operate reliably in harsh and abrasive environments. Built with a structurally reinforced design, these dredges can be safely dragged from slurry ponds and settling areas onto hard-rock embankments for maintenance or recovery from blast zones. Equipped with durable abrasive mining pumps, they deliver efficient solids handling, exceptional wear resistance, reduced downtime, and dependable performance for mining, tailings management, slurry transport, and industrial dredging applications.

The innovative NEMA suction dredger cutters and wheels are manufactured by TFS, enabling dredging in a variety of applications and industries ranging from heavy mining operations to canal reclamation work. The cutters and wheels are economical, compact, and robust.
All TFS dredges are fitted with NEMA-designed marine winches. NEMA winches are produced at TFS for a variety of marine applications with line pull up to 350 tonnes.
Sheave blocks, swing sheaves, and other equipment are all NEMA-designed and manufactured in-house at TFS.
