Mine Dewatering Pump
TFS Mine Dewatering

TFS Mine Dewatering Pumps
In mining operations, large volumes of groundwater must be managed every day to keep pits, haul roads, and working areas operational. The TFS Mine Dewatering pump range is developed to handle these demanding conditions with high pressure capability, solids handling performance, and robust pump construction. PT Limeda International provides TFS mine dewatering pump solutions in Indonesia for projects that require high head, continuous-duty performance, and dependable field operation

Powerful Dewatering Performance for Tough Mining Condition
Why Choose TFS Mine Dewatering Pump?
Built for Mining Duty
The TFS Mine Dewatering range is designed with a clear focus on reliability, efficiency, and durability, making it suitable for demanding mine dewatering and sewage bypass applications.
Fast Priming and Re-Priming
The system features a 100% mechanical priming system that allows the pump to prime and re-prime quickly, even from dry conditions, helping reduce delays and improve uptime on site.
High-Head Performance
The mine dewatering pump range is built for specialist mining requirements, with pressure capability exceeding 200 meters of head, depending on configuration.
Lower Cost of Ownership
By combining high-efficiency pumps with modern diesel engine packages, the TFS range is designed to provide strong pumping performance at minimal operating cost.
Performance That Matches Real Mine Requirements
The TFS mine dewatering package is designed for demanding projects requiring both pressure and flow. The brochure highlights performance capability up to 200 meters head, 400 lps capacity, best efficiency point up to 85%, and handling of fluid with specific gravity up to 1.4.
Available selected pump models in the presentation include :
BA-C150H7 — up to 110 m head and 850 m³/h / 236 lps.
BA-C200H42 — up to 200 m head and 900 m³/h / 250 lps.
BA-C250H45 — up to 250 m head and 1750 m³/h / 480 lps.
The brochure also shows complete mining packages with duty points up to approximately 350 lps at 180 m head, depending on engine and package selection.
Key Features
TFS pumps are designed to prime and re-prime quickly, even after dry operation, supporting fast restart and dependable field performance.
100% Mechanical Priming System
Sealing Protection
The Sealing System design uses deflector vanes together with impeller backvanes to create a cycloaction that removes solids and abrasive material from the seal area. This helps reduce wear and extend seal life in abrasive applications.
Run-Dry Capability
The sealing system is supported by an external lubricant reservoir / oil circulation concept to help protect seal faces during priming and re-priming, allowing reliable operation under difficult conditions.
Double Vacuum Pump
The system uses direct engine coupling / SAE direct mounting to help maximize efficiency, minimize misalignment risk, and support longer bearing and seal life.
Interchangeable Modular Parts
Modular construction and interchangeable components help reduce spare part complexity and support easier maintenance planning.
TFS Smart Control and SKYS System

The TFS Smart package helps operators monitor and protect the pump set in real operating conditions. Features shown in the presentation include :
Auto start / stop system.
Complete engine management via engine computer system.
Engine load monitoring.
Fuel consumption monitoring.
Engine oil pressure and temperature monitoring.
Discharge pressure monitoring.
No-flow protection and overload protection.
Programmable service interval control.
This control system is intended to improve operational visibility, protection, and maintenance planning in the field.
